  • Preventative maintenance

  • Maintenance plans

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, safety conditions, and parts availability.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are valid for the time period stated on the estimate (or 30 days if not stated).

  • Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

  • Additional work requires customer approval before completion whenever reasonably possible.

  • Diagnostic fees are separate from repair costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including cash, check, card, and financing when available.

Late or unpaid balances may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Collection efforts

  • Applicable fees permitted by law

5. Scheduling & Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to equipment.

We reserve the right to reschedule service due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Weather

  • Equipment accessibility issues

  • Parts availability

6. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts and are subject to manufacturer terms.

Warranty does not cover failures caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Power issues

  • Acts of nature

  • Third-party modifications

7. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans renew according to the plan agreement provided at enrollment.

Plan benefits are non-transferable unless approved by the Company.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Communications
